Practical Training Courses.

There is an absolute requirement on employers to ensure that all personnel are adequately trained in the use and operation of any equipment provided within the workplace, that is expected to be used in the course of normal work activities.

Training is an ongoing element within the work environment which requires validation not only through the formal training process, but also during the use at the workplace to allow measurement on the effectiveness of the safety management system and the action plans derived under it.
