How GMCT uses website booking information.
This placeholder notice should be reviewed by GMCT before live launch, especially now the booking form can collect candidate check details.
Suggested content areas for final review
- The booking form may collect company details, contact details, course requirements, CITB Levy number, date of birth, National Insurance number and home address where these details are needed for further candidate checks.
- Booking information is used to respond to enquiries, check the correct course or NVQ route, manage bookings and keep an administration record.
- Candidate check details should only be provided where the sender has authority to share them with GMCT.
- GMCT should confirm its retention period, lawful basis and access controls before the website is moved from demo to live use.
